With «Nana,» Geoffrey Bouillot revisits Niki de Saint Phalle's universe through her famous monumental female figure. Executed in acrylic paint, the artwork deconstructs the silhouette into geometric volumes and facets, transforming the Nana into a construction that is both sculptural and contemporary. The simplified shapes and chromatic treatment translate a reinterpretation of the joyful and powerful body imagined by the artist, while embedding it within Geoffrey Bouillot's own visual language. Between homage and reinterpretation, the work dialogues with Niki de Saint Phalle's legacy and the plastic freedom of her sculptures.
