General Terms and Conditions of Sale
01. Subject
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Galerie Montorgueil and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) wishing to make a purchase through the online store's website.
02. Order
The Customer can place an order via the website. Once the order is confirmed, the Customer will receive an email confirmation. Galerie Montorgueil reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.
03. Price
Product prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (VAT). Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are specified before order confirmation.
04. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Client may pay for their order by credit card or any other payment method offered on the site.
05. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Galerie Montorgueil cannot be held responsible for entry errors or delivery delays attributable to the carriers.
06. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of return costs.
07. Warranty
The products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.
8. Responsibility
Galerie Montorgueil shall not be held liable for any indirect damages related to the use of the site or the purchase of products.

10. Disputes
