La Dactylo, urban poet and language artist, transforms public and digital spaces into a vast artistic playground. Her aphorisms, splashed on walls or disseminated online, are acts of poetic resistance aimed at awakening consciences and restoring a piece of power to everyone in urban spaces. The aphorism is the art of brevity. The uppercut of style. It strikes, challenges, makes you smile, infiltrates minds, sows doubt, generates reflection or awareness. La Dactylo travels across France in her van on what she calls her «Dactylotours,» scattering her words throughout cities. But her work extends beyond the street: she also exhibits in galleries or at festivals and group exhibitions. She has participated in Art Paris, among other events, and taken over a room at the Centre Georges Pompidou for a solo exhibition. Her collection, Démo d’esprit (Éditions Verticales, Gallimard), brings together her iconic aphorisms.
