R2 D-stroy transforms an iconic figure from pop culture by merging her with organic and mutating forms. Invaded by a proliferating pink substance that seems to overflow its mechanical structure, the character oscillates between machine and living organism. With humor and irreverence, Fouapa questions the transformation of cultural icons in a universe where the biological takes control of technology.
