Tegmo — Reflections of Soul and Light
A self-taught artist, Tegmo develops an experimental and introspective stained glass practice through works that combine mirrors, glass, and light.
His process is instinctive: without a preliminary sketch, each piece is built in a direct dialogue between material, intuition, and perception.
By diverting the mirror from its primary function, he turns it into a space for altering the senses rather than a simple tool for reflection. The viewer never sees themselves directly in it; they perceive the world around them.
At the crossroads of traditional stained glass and contemporary sculpture, her three-dimensional works create constantly changing visual universes. Each creation becomes a space for projection and introspection, inviting us to see differently and to recognize what connects us beyond our differences.
