01. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Galerie Montorgueil and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter “the Client”) wishing to make a purchase through the online store’s website.
02. Order
The Client may place an order through the website. Once the order is confirmed, the Client will receive a confirmation email. Galerie Montorgueil reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Client with whom there is an existing dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
