Obey is a mosaic work created by the French artist IN THE WOUP as part of its 2025 collection MARIO WORLDZ PROJECT.
This creation revisits the graphic universe of Shepard Fairey (Obey) through the artist’s characteristic style, blending pixel art, popular culture and street art. In the WOUP, he transposes the visual codes of urban art into his universe inspired by Mario Bros.
With the MARIO WORLDZ PROJECT, The artist imagines new versions of Mario by merging his character with iconic figures from cinema, comics, video games and art history.
