Or pay 3 times This diskette, crafted from aluminum, acrylic, and hand-painted, becomes a small monument that is both nostalgic and unsettling. The medium — a trivial and now obsolete object — evokes the material architecture of a bygone era: magnetic cards, start-ups, and files. By affixing an instantly recognizable logo and contradictory inscriptions («SECURITY SYSTEM: REBOOT DISK», «magic word»), the artist juxtaposes two narratives: that of technical mastery and that of cultural myth.
