Return and Exchange
Original works of art
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction regarding the purchase of original works of art. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Original works of art must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Merchandise (t-shirts, magnets, etc.)
For merchandise derived from our artwork, such as t-shirts, magnets, and similar products, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process
- Contact us Send an email via our contact form with your order number and the details of the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Prepare your return Ensure products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
- Send your feedback Use the carrier of your choice and send the items to the following address: 91 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

- Artworks damaged after delivery, unless damage is caused by shipping
Exchanges
