D*Face, alias Dean Stockton is a street artist who uses a multitude of techniques combining aerosol painting, stickers, posters, and stencils.<\/p>
He grew up in London and developed a strong interest in graffiti at a young age. This was thanks to Henry Chalfant's coverage of New York subway graffiti in \u00abSpraycan Art\u00bb and \"Subway Art.\" As a teenager, the graphics on skateboard decks and the covers of Thrasher magazine further fueled his keen interest in stickers. He took an illustration and design course and worked as a freelance illustrator\/designer, all while developing his style on the street.
